- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
JV Pristine Cleaning’s prices are set to incorporate the cost of labor for all employees as well as cost of products, mileage round trip, surcharges from payment platforms, and yearly due taxes. We often offer discounts for new and current loyal customers who help us branch out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to set up a time to call or message or meet in person to discuss your budget, expectations and answer any questions that you or we may have. Second step is to set a date for your first (or one time) clean. Third step is to create a schedule and price that best fits your needs for continued service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my partner have over 10+ years experience in the cleaning/housekeeping business. Our experience derives from helping family in the cleaning field as children to working on our own with establishments as adults.
