I needed my master bath updated. Paul was the only one out of three people I contacted, that actually came to the house to see the project. The end results turned out beautifully. Paul and Hosea actually did more work for us (gutters) and that turned out great too! We’re very pleased!

First they sent me a contract for $47k with no pictures of the cabinets or a draw up of plans. This is not what contractors do. Oh, and they wanted me to approve the contract without any pictures. They gave me a price quote for $47k, my house is like a farm house not a $500,000.00 house. Very over priced considering I’ve got other quotes for cabinets that look the same at more than half the cost. Caution with this guy. I’m having other work done on my house and talk about professionals..

Hello Raymond! Thank you kindly for your feedback. This customer did not pick out any materials, and simply requested an estimate. Based on the prices of materials in todays market, I drew up a rough estimate the best I could with out knowing their exact choices on materials, just based on a typical kitchen and bath remodel. This $47k included demo, plumbing, countertops, cabinets, flooring, electrical modifications and a tile shower for both a kitchen AND bathroom remodel. They were unhappy with the online catalog I provided for cabinetry. They would've been more than welcome to find cabinets outside of this, it was just a catalog I had on hand from a company we work with. I am truly sorry that your experience with us was anything less than amazing, as that is what we strive for. We build meaningful relationships with our clients, and never want to disappoint them.
