- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fair pricing. We do not charge for an estimate. We always give you a cost before we do the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer through the Tumbtack App, then wait for a response, if no response is received, then we proceed to text them. typically, we get a response. We provide an estimate based on information given through pictures or a video. If the cost is OK, we schedule an appointment for the work to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed in NH and MA. Our licensed electricians have years of education on a Technical School and plenty of experience. Our apprentices are registered with the State of New Hampshire. MA does not require registration.
