- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Having been in the business longer than most area DJs, we know what the other reputable DJs charge and our prices are very competitive. We will not surprise you with additional travel, setup, or teardwon fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will have a phone conversation with a new customer so that we understand what they are looking for in a DJ service and they have an opportunity to ask us questions. We are more than happy to have face to face consultations before and after the booking. Once the $100 deposit is received, the date and DJ is locked in. The customer has access to their online portal on our website for event planning and creating music playlists. We will have a final phone call or meeting about a week before the event to go over all of the fine details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience. All of our DJs have performing events for over 15 years. I have been performing for clubs, weddings, corporate events, and private events for well over 25 years.
