Burnham practices law in the following areas: Wills, Trusts and Estates; Elder Law; Probate Court; Bankruptcy and Debt Collection; Small Business representation; and Real Estate matters. Attorney Burnham has considerable experience in working with clients to draft effective documents and advise clients on their personal, family and financial needs. She works with clients on strategies for trusts, wills, probate, nursing homes, asset protection, business formations, and personal care contracts. Attorney Burnham also assists families in estate and trust administration and advising them through the financial stresses that come from debts and filing Bankruptcy. She strategizes with her clients to plan and prepare the appropriate tools to protect their family, businesses and assets. Attorney Burnham ran her own practice for fifteen years before joining the firm of Hage Hodes, PA. Attorney Burnham also serves as an Arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau hearing Lemon Law claims. Attorney Burnham continues to focus on a wide variety of practice areas dedicated to helping individuals and their families. When my clients leave my office they seem to walk straighter, as if a large weight has lifted off of their shoulders. The best reward I receive is knowing that I helped alleviate their stress and worry, and their referrals let me know that they trust me to help their family and friends as well.
