FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential New Clients are invited to schedule either a telephone consultation or an in-person consultation to discuss their situation and determine what courses of action are available to the Potential Client. The Potential Client is sent an Engagement Letter which explains the costs of the options provided, and the Potential Client then will return the signed Engagement Letter with retainer to engage the Firm in representation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Juris Doctorate from Western New England School of Law in 2001. All attorneys in New Hampshire are required to take twelve hours per year in continuing education, I serve as faculty on some of those courses as well each year.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients from all walks of life.
