Friendly and professional scheduling service, follow up and detailed explanation of who was coming along with a brief history of the individual who would performing the service call. Additionally a Text was received with a map of where they were and how far away. Jonathan Legare was earlier than planned, and i received a call in advance to make sure I was available. He said the service would be about 2 1/2 hours and he was on time to promised completion. He went right to cleaning my double boilers, pulled me in a few times to show me what he was doing how everything was looking and ran diagnostics and explained the range and current results. Great guy, very personable and proud of his company and the service he/they provides. Brookside Heating and Cooling is an outstanding company and overall highly competitive and reasonably priced.
