Called about a brick that had fallen off the chimney near my patio. We were able to schedule the same week and the technician Andrew that came was very helpful in explaining exactly what needed to be repaired and took pictures to show us. We knew the chimney was old but weren't aware of how bad of shape it was in up top. He replaced the broken bricks and repaired the whole top of the chimney !!

The guys were really nice and very professional. The cost seemed really excessive. They described what they had to do and it took a very short time. Especially for the exorbitant price. I would have preferred to get another quote but I had traveled all the way up to my lake house to meet them so I just had them finish.
