I had just moved in, which resulted in lots of furniture in tiny tiny boxes. He did an excellent job assembling multiple pieces of furniture for me. I had bar stools, a night stand, an entry-way piece and a sleeper sofa, all of needed to be assembled. I appreciated that he kept me updated with progress as he worked, asked what priorities were for the next piece of furniture/task, and was respectful of my house (taking shoes off when he went in and out of house)

Joe was quick to respond to my inquiry which I truly appreciated. He was able to make the scheduled work within the next few days which was also very much appreciated. He was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job as well as his helper. It was a two day job (3 hours) and all weeding, spraying of weeds in brick pavers and concrete drive was 100% complete to our satisfaction. We will be using Property Mend on a monthly basis going forward. Thank you, Joe.

If we could have done things more efficiently then the bill reflects that. Customers don't pay for our mistakes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to find out what exactly the needs and expectations of the customer are. After that I try to figure out problems that may keep me from being the ideal candidate or could stop the job from happening. It is best to figure these things out as quickly as possible to avoid wasting anyone's time. If I can't do a job you will be enthusiastic about it is not worth it for either party.

20+ years experience of working for different crews and on different types of jobs.
