FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m always looking to break into new markets and love to explore ways to not only make your house clean but re-use / re-organize and upcycle / repair furniture and / or assist with storage solutions! Based on the type of work we’re doing I charge by the hour per person. Travel time may be charged if traveling more than 15 miles at 20% of the hourly rate. Subject to change based on other projects I’m working on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No stupid questions! No Judgement Zone here! (Don’t you hate those folks? Or those who can’t get their hands dirty!) I’m extremely personable, easy to talk to, respectful, great listener, (savvy with chemical safety and stay up to date with the latest tips n tricks, trends / restoration/ use of antiques and restoring / repurposing furniture and so much more. My goal is to help your quality life and give you sustainable results at a fair and practical price while educating any family members on means and methods to maintain a well kept functional household! I’m also happy to answer any questions, I'm extremely detail orientated and want to understand my customer’s sense of style and your preferences on how your home should function. I pay close attention to ensuring areas / belongings are thoroughly cleaned prior to making any changes or improvements. I have a long history of construction experience, real estate investing, short term vacation renting, risk consulting and photography (in the event you plan to sell upon completion!) Additional charges may apply for extra work above and beyond the original scope of work but I'm always happy to do a virtual walkthrough in advance to give you a fair estimate and timeline if I may need one of my partners to assist. Either way, no job too big or scary that I won't consider so please don’t hesitate to reach out to arrange a consultation!! Thanks in advance for your consideration!
