- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We save the customer money, we do not cost the customer money. We work with air consolidators to reduce the cost of air, we have discounted hotel rooms. The fees we charge with an inclusive package are often 10 -20% below the total cost of what you could do for yourself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and get the customers to call or email for a consultation call. Most customers do not provide enough information to make the booking. We need to know the exact requirements of the customers. The second step is sending a proposal, the final step is making the booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team travels the world constantly to provide fresh destination knowledge. All managers are certified destination specialists, have completed a certified tour planner course, are certified travel industry specialists. All staff have a college degree, most have masters, some have multiple masters. All are certified by travel schools and as tour directors.
