Thomas was extremely professional and upstanding. He doesn't charge you anything unless he has a real work order he can do for you. No risk to the homeowner, and he bears the cost of his time! Well, in the case of my building (3 apartment units), he said that there's nothing he could do about our issue. Really appreciated his integrity to inspect and explain everything and ultimately not be able to make money on his visit. Very thorough and helped me feel very informed about the underlying situations. I recommend Thomas to anyone who wants a speedy and, more importantly, honest opinion. I'll be calling him again for future issues we have. He proved he can be trusted!

Thomas was responsive both before and after the service call. Patiently answer all my many questions. Arrived on time as promised. Verified wire and upgraded our breaker from 40A to 50A. Service was fairly priced. He also informed me that it was longer up to code to hard-wire ovens. We will definitely do future business with Thomas, indeed, scheduled another job tomorrow.

Brens was very diligent to find the cause of our breaker issue. When he found the problem, he explained everything thoroughly. I appreciated the face that he could schedule a visit last minute on a Sunday due to other appointments he had during the week. Definitely recommend.
