This service is outstanding! ER General Cleaning has been doing weekly cleaning for us since moving into our home in July. They're always on time and do a fantasic job. Eliane is personable, thorough, reliable and efficient. The place looks & smells great! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Elaine has been cleaning our house for 2 months now and what a difference it made! I'm finally satisfied after dealing with a couple of other contractors in the past year. We hired Elaine mid-2014 and she has been with us ever since.
I found myself working through the weekend to catch up on housework and was never able to actually enjoy my time away from the office (Im sure many of you can relate). Even with a helpful hubby there are only so many hours in a day. Elaine has been a savior. She comes in every other week and we find her to not only be professional but very nice to be around and talk to. She is respectful, flexible and her price is reasonable. She has many times fit me into her schedule when Ive called in a panic before a party or holiday gathering because I couldn't get out of my own way never mind clean the house.
Elaine is respectful of our home and property-which was very important for me to feel. We have 2 fur babies and Im never nervous if she alone in the house with them-they love her and she loves seeing them. I trust her so much that I referred her to a good neighbor/friend who also has Elaine come in with frequency. Shes great!
