I found Kris on this site. I requested a bid from him. He gave me what I felt was an okay quote. We made plans for 10 days in the future as that was as soon as he was available (I was in a rush). At 9:00 am he was due. At 9:45 I called his phone to see where he was and left a polite message. He never called, never showed, never explained.
