- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When doing rot repair and handy man projects we charge on an hourly rate @ $64.00 hourly per carpenter. At clients request we will start repairs needed. Carpenters will discuss time and materials spent weekly and request a check at that time then invoice with a day or two. Our minimum work request / order are a 5 hour charge to come out and get started. Larger building projects are contracted with our computer generated contracts, with every detail in full description of what we will be doing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask our new potential clients to visit our website, and fill out our online form. In doing so we start the relationship right with our clients correct spelling of their name, address, contact information and brief description of their job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our discussions with new clients consist of listening to the what they would like to have done and we help walk them thru whats all involved with their thoughts and ideas, plus discuss past projects and great ideas and products we may have worked with. When we are just painting we send along finish product spec sheets for our clients records and to help inform them of the quality of the products
