I am glad to report on my experience. The work is complete, and done well.
But as a client who outsources many services, I would like to talk about the full experience, as that is of high value to me.
Robinson responded to my request for a bid. They made an appointment to see the project - and they showed up. They explained the scope of work (repairing cracks, holes, replacing bricks, repointing, finding water sources and preventing them), and we went through options for repairs. They projected costs. They scheduled the work, they showed up. They came back until it was complete, without skipping out to other projects. They helped with a few elements that went beyond their scope of work (replacing a door for instance). They were informative, communicative, and clear. They were efficient. They did not swear, they were respectful. They cleaned up after they were done.
They were what clients should expect, and should be delivered, however they are not the norm in today's environment.
I appreciate the full experience, and I hope that this message can encourage more clients to book work with them.
