WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I have a long list of things that need doing in a new home. Dan came and told me what he could and couldn't do, referred me to other professionals, and then came a few days later and handled a bunch of items -- including plumbing, leveling a porch, and giving me ideas about winterizing needs. He also ran to get parts! I will definitely have him back for another round of repairs/maintenance. He's professional, punctual, personable (enjoyed chatting with him), and reasonably priced! Very glad to have found him!
