Robert Martin Executive Chef

Introduction: I provide private chef/catering service. I have knowledge of wine, beer cocktails as well as locally sourced foods. I can curtail any menu to fit any needs, on premise, catered or in house. I can do day-to-day routine or once a week as client needs. Local, organic foods are a specialty. I will travel or live in, and temporary or full-time services available. Wine dinners, beer pairings, family events, corporate/business get-together all are welcome, and I will work to exceed all expectations. Influences include, but are not limited to, Italian, New England, French and Asian cuisines.
