Introduction: While we offer delicious vegan and gluten free desserts, we also specialize in creating desserts for those with other, less common allergies. We are constantly reworking recipes to cater to someone who may have a soy allergy, or maybe a palm oil allergy, even a cocoa allergy! There are a lot of people that can't enjoy the desserts that the masses do, and it's our goal to change that!
The best part about this job is being able to make my own hours. With that flexibility, it allows me to really enjoy what I'm doing, as opposed to being frustrated by a 9-5 schedule, or having to follow someone else's directions. I work hard because I love baking and creating smiles.
