- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience working as a chef. I studied at Cornell University School of Restaurant and Hotel Management. I have also been Executive Chef of The Red Tavern and The 1859 House in Methuen Mass.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It is all about the food!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with many types of customers from people who want to improve their cooking skills, have a theme dinner party or just a candle light dinner for two in their home. I also offer ongoing meal prep services, weekly shopping and meal planning for special diets.
