I'm so glad that I have all my electrical work done by Mr. Electric. Dennis and his staff have been fabulous: professional and courteous, and they really listen to what the problems are. I have an old house with lots of "issues," and they're doing the work a little at a time so it isn't a budget buster (Dennis's suggestion!). Best of all, the work is done right the first time. Long ago I finally decided to stop trying to cut corners (this is electricity, after all), and I'm so glad I did. I've phoned Margaret and Dennis with plenty of questions during the projects and after the jobs have been done; they've been so responsive, and I've always been made to feel my questions were welcomed. Thank you for doing a great job!

I had a ceiling fan replaced by Mr. Electric of Southeast NH, and the work was done both quickly and professionally. In addition to correcting a potentially hazardous problem with the way the original fan had been mounted, the electrician installed a switch that gives me much better control over the fan's speed. Great job -- I recommend them.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common jobs are residential service and repair. This includes installing outlets, light fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, panels, dimmers, motion detectors, landscape lighting, ceiling and other fans, hot tubs, pools and surge protection. We also do troubleshooting and diagnostic work as well as providing 24 hours emergency service. We also do light commercial work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the company is properly licensed and insured. It is also good to ask if the company can provide you with names of past customers who will give the company a reference. Ask how long the company has been in business or if they've worked in your neighborhood before. It is also important to hire someone you feel comfortable with and who is easy to talk to, as well as being an expert in their field. Good communication is crucial.
