Introduction: I take pride in what I do I'm not out just to make a quick buck, my customers satisfaction comes first before my own agenda. As the owner and operator I like being my own boss, this gives me the freedom to help out customers even after hours and on short notice, for instance just before I was heading on vacation for the Fourth of July, ten minutes before I left I had a customer call because their fridge had quit working and they were close by so I was able to save the day and get the fridge working before they lost all their cookout food.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to have a technician who is properly licensed to work on gas appliance in New Hampshire. The technician must have either a gas servicer license or a domestic appliance gas license. A gas fitter license is NOT legal for the service and installation of a gas appliances which most companies out there try to pass off as legal, with out the proper licensing then their insurance also becomes invalid.
