Mason Alarms did an outstanding job on installing my new alarm system. The installation was done at an affordable price. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new alarm system. It was nice comforting to know they cared about me rather than how much money they could make.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We receive an increasing volume of inquiries from homeowners who are beginning to think proactively about the security of themselves and their belongings. Well informed clients are not afraid to research alarm systems on the internet and generally ask very good questions. Our best clients are informed clients and have confidence in what the are investing in. Our specialty is small, medium, and large residential protection systems. This is because we truly enjoy the interaction with people in our community and are passionate about doing our job well. Providing security systems that are actually dependable, easy to operate, and locally supported by a highly trained, U.L. Listed, New Hampshire monitoring station is key to our success.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Some people are what I refer to as Automatically Dishonest. And I mean this in a very general sense, not in a criminal sense. If you have raised children, I think you will agree with my analogy. If, for instance, you enter the room where your kids are and ask who left this mess in the middle of the room, or who tracked the mud in, or who took the gum out of Mom's purse...you may get blank stares or worse, denials. "So I guess the gum grew legs and jumped out on its' own?" Of course the kids will quickly agree. At Mason Alarms and Electrical, LLC, we are all Automatically Honest. We automatically give full disclosure about the products, services, quality, or even our occasional mishap. The security installation trade should be considered a Public Trust much like a Police Officer or (dare I say) Elected Official. Most of the clients who consider our services lack the familiarity with the technical aspects of our trade, and thus, must trust us to a degree to do our job to protect them.
