Actually, I wouldn't know how their performance is because they made an appointment and delayed it 6 times and the end result is they never showed up. VERY POOR Business. They have never returned any of my phone calls, emails, or texts to explain why then never showed up. BUYER BEWARE. Brad Shattuck does NOT keep his business commitments

The reason this situation occurred was because this was going be a job over 800.00 and we required 15% to be paid 3 days in advance and it was delayed by the customer so we as well had to reschedule. The reason Emails were not returned was the customer misspelled our email and that was why we did not able to respond. We have never conducted business as reported here.

NO call no show.....made an appointment as I was out of town and my home needed to be cleaned for a real estate showing....no call no show, my house was shown dirty because I had no opportunity to hire someone else, because they never showed or called.....

We never had this person as a customer, the had us confused with a proactive services in N.J.
