- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are bundled into packages, depending on your needs I have both quarterly and monthly packages to fit your budget. You will always know every month what my fee will be, there are no surprises. However I also know that not every business fits neatly into a package so we can mix and match to find the exact right fit for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 - The Meeting: We meet, either in person, video chat or on the phone, and discuss your needs and what your goals are. We discuss and choose the appropriate bookkeeping package for those needs and goals. 2 - The Review: We send you an Engagement Letter outlining what we discussed and agreed upon in our meeting. 3 - The Information: We send you a list of documents & data we need to get started and the options for sending us that documentation (virtual, mail, in-person pick up). 4 - The Work: Once we receive your documents, we get to work. We code all of your transactions as income, expenses, assets, liabilities, or equity into your QuickBooks company file. 5 - The Reports: We send you a report of your financial statements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor for both Desktop and Online. Previous jobs include: Corporate Controller, Accounting Manager, Commission Accountant
