- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every project is different, we tailor our pricing according to the scope of work involved. After meeting with a client, T & L Interior Styling will create a proposal that will include our approach to the project along with a timeline and estimate of our fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we begin with a telephone introduction to discuss clients goals and the scope of what they hoping to accomplish. It is most helpful, at this time, to discuss their time frame and budget for the project. Next, we schedule a convenient time to meet with you in your home or office in order to see the space and discuss your goals. We can discuss the challenges and what our approach will be to help you achieve your desired end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education & training includes Interior Design & Decorating courses as well as educational workshops and training from various associations and vendors. We are constantly educating ourselves on the latest products and vendors in the Home Furnishing industry.
