KONstruct is a full-service architectural and engineering firm founded by Steven Koniuk, PE, RA (one of the few individuals licensed as both an architect and engineer). While our services can be provided as a comprehensive integrated package, we also offer our services individually. Steven has been wonderful to work with. He is very responsive, thorough and understanding of the needs of his clients. We have hired local architects in the past but none have compared to the quality of work we have received from Steven. Our company, while rather small, often reconstructs a few decks in a local shore town each year and we will look forward to utilizing Steven's company for all of our future clients. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are different (different scopes of work, services, timeline, etc). Feel free to reach out, and we can have a formal discussion and I can provide a detailed proposal. Typically we provide fixed-fee services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First some quick chats, emails, etc. to understand client needs and project scope/requirements. Then preferable either a phone call or video chat to discuss project specifics. Finally, I will issue a formal proposal outlining everything in detail. Once approved, the project begins!
