I treat your property like it was my own so if it doesn't need to be cut than I won't cut it. I will drive by every week to check it but not charge the customer.

Ralph is a very nice guy but just a tad hard to reach. We are going with someone else. I wish you the best.

Initially went well but then no transparency as to when coming to mow. Not responsive when I called to fix invoicing issues.
    Ralph A. Mar 31, 2016

Sorry but I never received a call with any issues. We cut the lawn on the same day every week and there were no issues. Invoicing issues were never discussed at anytime.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love meeting new people and making things look better than when I found it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The core of my business is weekly lawn maintenance. In the spring lots of clean ups and new mulch.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a lot of bad contractors around. You can't get rich off one job and people should be more concerned about doing a good job and getting a referral for more work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I volunteer on a few different non-profits in Wall Township.
