We hired Jose to remove carpet and tile from our living and family room, foyer and upstairs hallway. Jose was extremely pleasant to deal with and he understood our requirements and put down a beautiful hard wood flooring. Extremely hard working and neat. I would highly recommend Jose and his company to family and friends looking for similar work in their house.

Jose was amazing! He and his crew did an outstanding job on our floors. We were a complicated homeowner I'm sure but Jose and his crew worked around our crazy lifestyle, animals and vacation. Jose is a great guy who cares about the work and your apartment.
He gives great prices and a good option for people on budget. Paint job wasn't perfect but great flooring.
We did have a miscommunication about what the price includes, so for those who are not professionals I recommend making sure all the elements required for your desired goal, but he went the extra mile and hired people to complete the work for me. He is kind and a genuinely a good person.

I always strive to provide quality work .I understand that everyone has a different budget but sometimes customers think as contractors we should do it all for free I pick up the floor ,paint materials I deliver the wood,paint I charged you $1,500 to paint ceilings walls doors closet’s bathroom the hole entire apartment literally .my price included materials we looking at $1,500 materials included that’s a bargain no one is doing that, I spackle you walls I prep it to make it look good you walls were so dirty but I couldn’t pay more out of pocket to make it look perfect!! but I enjoy the project overall and uni it’s also a great guy thanx for the pizza it was great I value good customers like you thank you uni ..

A section of the wood parquet floor in our apartment was badly damaged. That kind of flooring is not available anymore (the building was built in the 1950s). Jose removed all of the damaged flooring and created and installed matching flooring for the space. It looks magnificent. He is a true craftsman. He cleaned up after he was done and left the area spotless. And he is a very nice, friendly guy. Highly recommend!
