- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally price based on an hourly rate. My fees are $100 per hour depending on the type of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can work out a package that includes exactly what you need. I can do a quick call with you over the phone to make sure we are aligned for plans and goals for the project. I always arrive at my events early to that we can discuss any last minute changes. I have a 2 week timeline or less for you to receive your completed work depending on what your needs are.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Verify with the photographer you are looking at that they have done this kind of photography before (Example of a sports photographer should have a proven history of working with professional athletes before). Look at their portfolio and get samples of their work. Ask what kind of equipment they use and why that equipment is their pick.
