I've been doing the diet/weight loss pill/mainstream gym thing for 8+ years off and on with limited success. I was beginning to become extremely frustrated until I recently found Matt and his incredible program. I've been working with Matt about 2.5 months now and I can honestly say i haven't felt this good since I was in high school. I'm so glad that I came across Formulated Fitness. I was hesitant to sign up for 'online training' but my coach has been a huge help. Matt responds quickly and answers my questions thoroughly. Every new training block has been something to look forward to and he gave me the tools I needed to get a hold on my nutrition. I'm actually eating more and weighing less than I have in years. I've recommended him to several friends who have had great results as well. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

Matt is the best in business. He is more knowledgeable than any trainer I have worked with and the big difference is - he actually cares. Since working with Matt, I have not only achieved my goals but he has helped me to exceed my own expectations. Work with this guy and surprise yourself!

Matt gets it as a trainer. He has not only developed a unique and impressive regimen for me but Matt has also the motivator you NEED to meet and surpass your goals. An overall great guy, I would HIGHLY recommend Matt for anyone looking to get in shape or anyone ready to take it the next level. His rates cannot be beat for the quality either. Matt gets an A+.

Matt has gone above and beyond in helping me change not only my body but my entire life!
