Carlos & crew were outstanding! From the start, Carlos was extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. Even on the initial call, he took the time out to address all my issues. I was a little leery of going with somebody without personal references, but he put my mind at ease from the start. And when he said he would do the job until I was completely satisfied, he meant it. Carlos was very upfront with me about when he would get back to me by (and followed through), when he would be available, etc. His crew arrived exactly when they said they would and were very professional and competent. Overall, he estimated it would take ~3 days, and it took 3.5. Almost everything looked great once finished, and at no point in the job did Carlos express frustration when I pointed out areas of concern. What particularly impressed me was that he often already knew about the problems I was pointing out, and already had planned to fix them. His pride in his work definitely shone through in the quality of the finished product. Furthermore, he changed his travel plans to work around my schedule. 1 thing I would suggest Carlos do in the future is to do the site visit before providing a final estimate, as that led to some hiccups with the actual cost being slightly different from the initial estimate. If you need a professional, honest and reliable painter to give your place a great new look, I would highly suggest you contact Carlos - he has my highest recommendation.

Carlos and team are great! They arrive on time as discussed. They do not leave any mess. They surpass expectations. I had Carlos install a bathroom ventilation fan. He and crew put in a lot of effort drilling through exterior brick. They also completed the job in entirety by patching holes, sanding, and painting. They are very nice and I will definitely be using Carlos for other home improvement jobs!

Carlos was great; we received multiple responses to our ask but right from the beginning Carlos asked the right technical questions which made us believe that he knows what he is doing. Throughout the process he was very responsive and professional. Eventually work seemed of very good quality at a very fair price compared to all others we received an estimate from. I would definitely hire him again for other electrical work.

Make sure your getting exactly what you pay for. I always try to do the service im paid for and go the extra mile by adding some extra work for free. I figure while im there get it done for the client because in the end it pays off especially with a referral
