- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be accurate only after the home and tasks can be assessed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking to our new clients and assessing their needs is my first priority. By taking notes during that conversation assures that these needs are translated to our cleaning crew. A supervisor is on the job to assure that the crew is performing the task at 100% compliance. I follow up with the client to assure that they are happy with our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a retired Registered Nurse who has taught epidemiology and Community Health as well as other subjects. I have worked as an Infection Control practitioner, educator and Quality improvement director throughout my career. During this Covid crisis, my experience has assisted me in choosing cleaning products that are approved by the EPA and CDC. The use of these products have kept both our clients and staff healthy during these trying times.
