- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I hate complication anything. The simpler the better. A simple price for a job unless there are some unforeseen circumstances should not change or be a dread. Knowledge of the issues, IE. Experience, is a great tool to give a suitable price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Don't rest on your laurels and get complacent. This breeds a stalemate for sure. I read many different automotive magazines and others like popular Science and Mechanics. I always sniff around anywhere for a new process or constantly looking at my surroundings and contemplating how I could make it work better.
