So what constitutes 'challenge?' As a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer for nearly a decade, that's what I've dedicated my life and education to; finding the ways to assess your challenges, break you out of your comfort zones, shatter those plateaus, and challenge you to greatness!

But YOU are different than anyone else I've ever met or trained; so that changes EVERYTHING about how we do what we do.
Meeting you and learning about you; about what works to move you forward. All of these things are DIFFERENT.
