Introduction: LBD Fitness is a labor of love opened by two fitness enthusiasts and best friends in 2010. After spending nearly a decade in gyms and fitness centers, Jessica and Michelle realized they were joining the gyms solely to take the fun, energetic classes that were offered. They discovered that it was the instructors and other women in the classes that helped them stay motivated and kept them returning. Healping women reach their goals
