Just as his card says "Simply the best food you have ever tasted"!! From start to finish dinner service was the best experience ever. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with. An amazing Chef! I already booked him again!!!

Chef Jay allowed me to surprise my wife with a birthday dinner that she'll never forget, it was amazing. The food was fantastic, he really outdid himself. Can't wait to call on him again, real soon. Thanks so much, Jay.

Incredible dining experience with Chef Lennon! The culinary combinations were incredible! The steak was prepared to perfection and melted in my mouth! Chef Lennon was professional, courteous and the presentation was fine dining at its best!
