- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to several of the major manufactures forums that offer new product info and webinars. I also attend training offered by companies to gain product knowledge.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We were recently contacted by a new customer to come and correct some issues that she had been experiencing since a local retailer came in and installed her TV and 5.1 surround sound. When the job was done, she was so appreciative that it was done correctly and she knew how to work everything, she gave us a big hug and invited us over to her big summer BBQ to show us off to her friends. From that job, we got several referrals because her friends were so impressed with our quality of work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure any profressional includes hidden wiring in their estimates. Also, make sure to ask if mounting equipment is provided. Also, make sure to be as detailed as possible before an install. It helps the installer ensure he has the proper equipment to perform the installation. Ask the installer if they can come over and take a look to give a better estimate.
