Introduction: Allie Edelman—A Coach for a Better Life.
I wish I had a life coach when I was 23 and my mother died and shortly after my father died leaving me the responsibility of being the guardian of my two younger sisters. I wish I had a life coach when instead of enjoying the fun of being in my twenties, I instantly became the mother and father of my sisters. I wish I had a life coach to turn to when we were left with no home and no money. If I had a life coach, my journey would have been a lot easier, a lot less painful and a lot faster.
But what I learned in those days of grief, confusion, and despair was how to be a survivor and that no one’s past needs to determine one’s future. I’m 28 now and my sisters and I are doing well. I have a wonderful relationship with them, a healthy, loving relationship with a terrific guy, and a job I look forward to going to every day.
Grief, hardships, and a myriad of problems didn’t prevent me from finding the confidence I needed to achieve the life I wanted. And that’s why I became a coach. To help others—to help you—have positive relationships and achieve desired goals. I am Allie Edelman—I am a Certified Life Coach through NYU.
It would be my honor to be your coach. Call, text or email me for a FREE first session today! I am available for remote sessions over audio, phone or video as well.
