I strongly recommend staying away from this company. They told me they’d have my repair estimates done in a week and they were completed 4 weeks later only after I had to continuously call them. This delay might have been tolerable if their customer service was decent. Instead, they were incredibly rude and confrontational. To the point where it was almost unbelievable. The inspection reports I received were actually good quality, so it seems like the technician in the back knows what he’s doing, but the customer service was so atrocious that my overall experience can only be described as terrible. Hopefully this review helps keep someone else from having to deal with these people. Take your business elsewhere if at all possible!

In order to estimate be valid we have to send it directly to insurance company. It is out our hands how long they are going to process it. We prepare documents based on technicians findings. Regular estimates are given to customer while technician is in the customer house. Insurance companies are handled in a specific, time consuming manner.

I would not recommend them at all. They have the worst customer service and take no responsibility for their mistakes. The technician who came to our home was inept and ineffective. He tripped a breaker and caused secondary damage. The owner Maya is rude and does not deal with customers well. Be careful when they come into your home, apparently they record their visit to ensure their safety but fail to notify the customer of this.

The barker was triggered by defective washer machine, and not by our technician. Customer has a wiring problem in her house.

The repairman arrived on time and he went right to work to fix my washing machine. He had the parts on his van and was able to promptly get the maching to work. Best of all, he cleaned the area prior to his departure. This is a really great service business. Many thanks.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You should look for good quality service provider. Do not be afraid to ask questions. It is good idea to have a model number of the troubled appliance at hand. Make observations on how your appliance behaves- take notes.
