- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases, my fees are generally based on the # of forms and schedules needed &/or the complexity of preparing the returns. New customers are entitled to a discount for the 1st year. In addition, I offer a No Out of Pocket option in which your tax prep fees can be automatically deducted from your Federal refund.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to best determine their overall tax/financial position, I ask a variety of questions and request to see a copy of their last filed tax return(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BSC from Rider University majoring in Finance & Accounting. I have over 22 years experience preparing income tax returns which includes working for 2 CPA businesses & Jackson Hewitt Tax Service before starting my own income service. I am currently listed on the IRS website as having completed AFSP educational requirements
