The price was good, the installers professional, and the work done with quality. The tile project turned out so well that I hired DF Construction to also install LVP flooring (which also went just as well). His attention to detail is impeccable. He worked long hours to get the job finished and to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. Even when I decided make changes midway through the project he was more than willing to accommodate these changes. Ferg is not only skilled at drywall/carpentry but he was able to fix some electrical issues that we found while completing this project. He also hung two shelves in my dining room as well as secured the curtain rod that is above my deck sliding doors which came out great! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! I definitely plan on hiring 3Peat Properties, LLC again for future projects!"See more
