When I called All Seasons HVAC, they quickly found the real problem. They replaced the compressor, installed a new filter dryer, flushed the system with Rx11, and repaired the short cycling issue caused by a faulty defrost sensor. After the repair, my system is running perfectly and my electricity bill dropped from $700 to $400. I am very happy with their service. Naturally Ambidextrous says, "I contacted EnviroSafe about my dead furnace. They came out the same day and verified what I already knew. I needed a new system. Nate was the initial technician who explained that a new heat exchange was not a sound investment for a 20 yr old furnace. I agreed and within and hour Chris (sales) was out and explained all my options. He was very thorough and gave me several options as well as explained the rebates available if I slected a furnace exceeding 90% efficiency. He also explained that by selecting a high efficiency unit the rebates would make it the same price. I also decided to replace the hot water heater and was offered a 50 gallon for the price of a 40 gallon while increasing the rebate total. The next day first thing in the a.m. my new furnace was installed. Nick and Devin were outstanding. They removed and hauled away the old unit and explained they would come back and install a/c unit a few days later. A few days later they came and installed the hot water heater and because it was snowing made arrangements to come back for the condenser part. Today everything is complete and in the spring they will come back to verify everything is ok with the a/c. A shout out to the whole staff and crew at EnviroSafe. Very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. BTW, I had contacted another company first. EnviroSafe was actually a second opinion but they provided a 96% efficient furnace/ac unit with hot water heater for the price the other company wanted for an 80% efficient furnace/ac without hot water heater.
