What made it easy was that they'd been honest with us for years; they'd serviced our old unit before, flagged early on that replacement was coming, and never pushed. When the time came, they assessed it straight, accounted for recent repair work we'd just done with a discount, and got us scheduled quickly. That kind of long-term honesty is rare. They replaced the full system — Carrier AC, furnace, and coil — and included a smart Ecobee thermostat and whole-house air purifier as part of the job. The install was clean and careful, and they walked us through everything as they worked. They've also checked in a few times since to make sure everything is running well, which says a lot. +6 months later, the system runs great, the thermostat is something we use every day, and the air purifier has made a noticeable difference. Whether you need a repair, a full replacement, or just someone you can trust to tell you the truth about your system, AL Group is who you should call!"See more

Matthew Gallagher says, "I requested a service appointment and was called back within 20 Minutes, they came out for an estimate the same day, great pricing, And I shopped it around a lot being it was 2 Full installs and a repair at a Warehouse I manage. They were on site the following morning with a team that was polite, professional and courteous to not only me but all of the tenants they came into contact with. They have me updates multiple times a day and completed the job in full in about a day and a half. They ended up giving me 2 options, I went with the slightly cheaper one. Without hesitation they installed the option that cost a little more because It had much higher efficiency for what I needed with NO ADDITIONAL upcharges. Great Company can't recommend them enough. Recently replaced one in December right before Christmas giving us hot water again in our home. Then recently we had a flood from the rain storms and it ruined our water heater. He replaced the water heater and also raised the whole unit so it would not be in harms way if we had another flood. I will definitely be choosing Sierra HVAC for future services!!
