Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Yoga at the Beach offers yoga classes for all levels. Get private instruction from one to four yogis. I provide the following: • Couples/partner yoga • Large party classes for family reunions • Kids' yoga • Bridesmaids parties Vacation retreats can be booked in advance. I specialize in targeting all levels and needs. Yoga for seniors includes groups working on improving balance and agility and infirm stationary patients working on improving their breath and oxygen intake. An advanced student can be challenged with inverted postures or deep-reaching meditation. A beginning student will feel comfortable with my gentle and informative approach. My yogis find me grounded and knowledgeable, with a clear avenue on how the body unlocks the wisdom of the spiritual aspects of practice. All you need to begin practice is an open mind. Open hips and shoulders come in time (You do not need to touch your toes, or lose 10 pounds to start practice). I practice outside whenever possible, here at the beach, with the sound of the waves and the fresh ocean air. Class schedule through the warm weather includes two classes daily in the a.m. and several evening offerings.

If you think the beach is relaxing...try yoga at the beach with Sharon Fruchtman. You will feel like you've had a retreat. Sharon is gentle and pushes you to do and try things with your yoga practice that you may have been reluctant to try in the past...handstand? headstand? Try it...you'll love it.

I attended the winter 2011 weekend yoga retreat at the Congress Hotel. It was calming, informative, and fun. Sharon is an excellent, inspirational teacher. I hope to attend the 2012 retreat.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I have over 15 years of experience with teaching yoga to all types of practioners. When you look for a yoga teacher make sure they have experience but you should also feel comfortable and safe in their class. An instructor should be able to provide variations for those who are less flexible or strong and also for those you are.
