Jason was great. He made our 96 year old piano sound wonderful (and it hadn't been tuned in years). Very happy to have found him. I would highly recommend him.Feb 1, 2021Verified

Jason arrived on time to perform the tuning. He was knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely hire again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their piano tuned.Jan 25, 2021Verified

Jason responded to my request within minutes and set up an appointment immediately. He took care of an old spinet that had not been tuned in at least 6 years and survived two moves. I did not think our piano had any life left in it. But when I walked in the house as Jason was finishing his job and heard a very nice sounding piano, I could not believe it was ours. I think he performed a miracle, no less. The price point is great. Jason is a reliable, personable, and highly qualified piano tuner. We will certainly reach out to him again.Oct 12, 2020Verified

I got an old piano gifted to me. It sounded horrible. I wasn’t sure there was any hope for it. I was amazed how infinity piano service made this old piano sound amazing. Thank you again.Oct 31, 2020Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Standard tuning fee starts at $120, this covers tuning and minor repairs/sticky keys.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?arrive at home within time frame discussed(typically 1 hour window) upon arrival we will go over the current pitch of piano and explain the process in simple terms. Pianos typically take 45 minutes-to an hour to tune. Upon completion you will be delighted with the results!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started playing piano myself about 12 years ago and was very intrigued by the process of tuning.
