- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most difficult part about the video industry is figuring out an exact number to give a client. The price usually depends on how detailed the video is, how many people we need to hire/bring with us, if we're providing music, voiceover, photography, graphics, how many rounds of revisions, etc. There are many variable that can add up. A :30 second video could be a $300 social video or a $90,000 broadcast commercial so understanding more information about your project is key to supplying an accurate proposal. Our unique process of discovering information about our leads and clients is what sets us apart. We like to find out more information about their needs to see if we’re a good fit for the goal that they want to achieve, guiding them along the way. While we don’t work with every person or business that approaches us, you can be sure we’ll go above and beyond to make sure that you’re happy with the end product so that your investment is well worth it.
