- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should keep in mind that with some projects there may be “hidden obstacles”.For example,If a wall or floor needs to be opened up you never know what you will find.Plumbing and/or electric may need to be moved which may affect the time and cost of a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best thing to do is have me come look at the project.it is almost impossible to give a price without looking at it first.Also go over exactly what they want their project to look like and go over options.
