- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and transparent, based on the rooms and spaces you’d like cleaned. We offer two packages (Base and Deep Premium) so you can choose what works best for your home or office. No hidden fees—what we quote is what you pay. We also offer discounts for recurring services (bi-weekly or monthly) and seasonal promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what areas you’d like us to focus on and what your main priorities are. From there, we provide a clear quote and schedule the cleaning at a time that works best for you. On cleaning day, we arrive on time, handle the job with care, and make sure you’re happy with the results before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve trained hands-on in residential and commercial cleaning, learning the best methods to handle different surfaces, stains, and high-traffic areas. I stay up-to-date on eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques to make sure our work is safe, effective, and long-lasting.
