Judy understands my needs and has been carefully selecting a good routine that I can handle that will bring forth the results I need. Her background, training and certification show me she strives to improve herself and she is genuinely interested in helping others improve in fitness. Smart, patient, strategic, and if you want to be pushed more she will do it without hurting you. She's a keeper!

I recently started training with Dianne, and I am very happy with the challenging yet "soft" regime, particularly because of my goal of building muscle but remaining feminine in appearance. The combination of yoga, TRX, and Pilates, makes for a perfect training routine for me. I would reccomend Dianne to anyone looking for solid training.
I have been taking exercise classes with Robin for the past 3-4 years. She is a great teacher who is able to work with people with all kinds of fitness abilities. I really enjoy her classes and feel that I get a challenging workout in them. She is a trained dancer with expertise in yoga and Pilates. In addition to being an excellent instructor, Robin is friendly, patient, and helpful. She is very encouraging and creates an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.

Christine is extremely knowledgeable and personable creating sessions that leave you feeling strong and accomplished. She knows how to encourage and safely push you to do more than you think you area capable of. I have injuries that make some things difficult and she always offers modifications and alternate exercises. Her ability to hone in on what needs to be strengthened for overall ease of movement and health is unmatched by any other Pilates instructors I have worked with. She truly listens to students' needs, tailoring each session to match where you are and what you want and need to work on that day.

Steph was phenomenal. I've been in the movement/fitness world for years and she was able to put me through training that I've never encountered before AND was a ton of fun. It was intense, new, introspective, creative, and playful. I can't emphasize enough the play component. It wasn't about moving/working out only because it's good for you but because it can be fun to play! The entire time, Steph was encouraging, adapting to my unique needs, explaining the reason behind each thing we did, and keeping it fun, even when it was hard. You'll feel alive in your body from working with Steph.

Shirley is an excellent teacher and I really enjoy the group Gyrotonic Tower classes. The sessions have improved my posture, increased my flexibility and strength, and relieved my shoulder tension. The studio is also beautiful and has all the amazing Gyrotonic equipment which I use during my private sessions. I am feeling great!!!
JO is the best! I am so thankful I found JO and her incredible philosophy and approach for all-around fitness and wellness. JO successfully helped me rehab from ankle reconstruction surgery, all-the-while getting strong and lean through her combination of pilates/yoga/TRX and bodyweight exercises. My abs have never looked better thanks to Gold Post Pilates. I am so much stronger in my core and my balance is really good too. I love training at the studio so much!
