Amanda is a combination physical therapist, pilates instructor. She is incredibly professional, and a delight. She is a dancer by training who switched to pilates after an injury and has been very helping at both building core strength and strengthening my injured IT band. She is a genius at working around injuries to give you a full bodies pilates workout. Her fee is in line with other instructors in my neighborhood.

I highly recommend pilates workouts to everyone who wants to stay fit or has orthopedic issues ... but if you are looking for private training--my mirror, my blue jeans, and my doctor agree -- ANGELA IS A MUST!!! Angela keeps my body in great shape, adjusting each exercise and weight as needed from session to session. She's also a trained nutritionist and has taught me a ton about avoiding foods that can make health issues worse.
